Eligibility for Returns
You may return items purchased from Zenblay within 30 days of the date of delivery, provided that:
- The items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- You have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items purchased during sales or special promotions (unless otherwise stated).
- Gift cards or digital products.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@zenblay.site or call us at (425) 788-0721 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Package the Item: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If accepted, we will process your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note:
- Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, we recommend placing a new order. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
